NOTE: These are digital designs - if you would like printed delivery, we will add that cost on top of the digital design fee. This will be communicated after purchase.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order: Once you purchase your custom pet portrait, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.

2. We’ll Reach Out: Within 48 hours, our team at MPC will contact you to confirm your order and ensure everything is on track.

3. Custom Form: We’ll send you a quick form to get a better understanding of your needs, creative vision, and any special details you’d like us to include.

4. Timeline Confirmation: After reviewing your form, we’ll email you with a timeline for the first version (V1) of your artwork. As a small but dedicated team, we’ll provide realistic timeframes based on our current workload.

5. Creative Collaboration: Once you receive V1, you’ll have the opportunity to request two rounds of revisions to make sure it’s exactly what you envisioned!

6. Final Delivery: After everything is finalized, we’ll digitally deliver your custom hand-drawn pet portrait, ready to cherish forever. See below for timing on delivery.

What You’ll Get:

• Made Just for You: Every portrait is completely custom, drawn by hand with love and care by Molly.
• High-Quality Art: I use professional materials to create a piece you’ll treasure forever. Once complete, we will email you a copy of the artwork in a zip file, inclusive of a PDF, PNG and JPEG file. All artwork is created with high-resolution at 300 dpi.
• Your Input Matters: You’ll get two rounds of revisions to make sure your portrait is just right (extra revisions are $50 per round).
• Quick Delivery: Your finished piece will be ready in about 3 weeks!* (if you would like a printed copy, an extra fee will be added inclusive of tax, printing & shipping to your doorstep + an additional 2 weeks for printing & delivery.)
