Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork and designs, all sales on these items are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom pieces. However, we offer two rounds of revisions during the creation process to ensure your satisfaction (additional rounds are available for additional fees).
For non-custom items (e.g., tote bags or bookmarks), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at mollyspaperco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Processing Time
Custom Items: Custom artwork has a 3-week turnaround time. Once completed, your order will be shipped promptly.
Non-Custom Items: Orders for non-custom items (e.g., tote bags, bookmarks) are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the US. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method but typically range between 3-7 business days for standard shipping.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at mollyspaperco@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the issue as much as possible.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
